I booked the 30 minute infrared sauna with red light. It felt so good. I liked that I had my own sauna and did not have to share. There's a private area to dress and undress which is great. They provide plenty of towels for you, and goggles for the red light. Since there isn't a shower there they offer you a body wipe to use after. The staff working at SC are super nice, they are so friendly and accommodating and yet super professional. Love their services and I would highly recommend their treatments. It was an accidental find via an Instagram Ad and at the end, I couldn't be happier.
I love sonoma cryo. I was nervous to go in because i’ve never gone to a sauna spa and kim made my experience great. She explained all the spa options and walked me through the packages they offer. I will definitely be going back!!
I have been doing the cryo facials for a few months and definitely seeing a difference in my skin. Very happy with results, I highly recommend. All the girls that work there are great
