I strongly recommend avoiding this apartment complex. My experience here has been incredibly disappointing due to ongoing unprofessional management, consistently delayed maintenance, and deeply troubling behavior by the property staff. The property manager, in particular, is routinely rude and dismissive, creating an unwelcoming and hostile environment for tenants. Chris took a holding deposit from me for a place and told me that he was waiting on the counters to be replaced. For 1.5 months he said this. Then he just stopped calling me back and didn’t refund me. So I’m out $576. Scammers at their best. What a wonderful thing to do to a single mother.
