Dr. Shannon Williams and Carla Mull are unable to diagnose or assist with simple a broken bone. Dr. Williams tried convincing a patient into going to the ER and getting surgery for a potential broken bone before even getting an X-ray done. When the patient questioned William's opinion, she began belittling and acting condescending towards the patient. Carla believed the patient had multiple broken bones. If I could put no star I would Everytime I try and make an appointment I get lied to by the office people. today when I called and asked about an orthodontist I was told by a man “that this was for Indians” as if I didn’t know but I just felt disrespected and discriminated and it was surprising to me
