Ridiculous! My case manager called to say I hadn't received any services since they were approved two years ago. No kidding. I never received a list and interviewed only who did clean house. I was informed I was supposed to find a suitable person. Easy enough if you know someone. No one seems to care. A waste of time. I fired them and they sent me a letter. Sending me a letter had to have been effort.

Very helpful, fairly quick, they have restroom and water fountain.
Submit timesheet day of 15th. Get paid week and half later , terrible wait time and knowledge is limited, they don't help they just transfer you to Sacramento, minimal accountability and truly no idea how to run a payroll. Thaks for taking your time paying people in this economy
