My wife's car got into an accident and as usual I always brought my car to Sonoma Auto Collision. They are my preferred shop since I moved here in Vallejo in 2005. After the guy from the insurance company send me an estimate I got a call from John and we discuss it over the phone. They are parts on the estimates which is after market. I had some significant damage on my hood and both front fenders and Sonoma fixed it perfectly the car is completely indistinguishable from brand new I am super impressed!
My husband referred me here. Customer service was top tier. I appreciate how John informed me of everything that was happening and just made sure I was aware of all correspondence. Sandra was great as well. She called and confirmed and provided the best customer service. I forget the name of the gentleman that assisted me on Saturday but he was super sweet.
