We lived at Sonoma Mapleton Apartments for two years and couldn't have been happier with our experience. From day one, it was clear this community is well-managed and genuinely cared for. After two wonderful years at Sonoma, I can honestly say this place exceeded every expectation we had. From day one, the maintenance team was nothing short of outstanding. Every request was handled promptly and professionally — whether we were home or not, we never once had to worry. Things got fixed, replaced, and maintained without us having to follow up or stress about it. That kind of reliability means everything when you have a family depending on you. I haven't gone to visit yet but I will say the staff has gotten back to me quickly. If this is any indication of how they are I am interested.
The Property Management; Briana and Amy are attentive and listen to your needs. They make sure that when their is an issue it is taken care of with Professionalism. Maintenance staff are always available and perform their duties with quality and detail. The Property is well-maintained by Andres as he works hard daily to keep the community looking beautiful. The community is quite and peaceful. The only issue is dealing with the AI agent at times, Not personable.
