The Property Management; Briana and Amy are attentive and listen to your needs. They make sure that when their is an issue it is taken care of with Professionalism. Maintenance staff are always available and perform their duties with quality and detail. The Property is well-maintained by Andres as he works hard daily to keep the community looking beautiful. The community is quite and peaceful. The only issue is dealing with the AI agent at times, Not personable.
We lived at Sonoma at Mapleton for a year and had a really great experience. The office and management team were always super helpful and kind, Gina and Brianna were amazing whenever we had questions or needed anything. They really made the whole process easy and stress-free. The maintenance team was also fantastic, especially Chris, who was always quick to help and super professional.
