Bad customer service! I hate providers that knowingly try to take advantage of a patient. They are trying to charge me $225 for an echocardiogram that my insurance company say the contracted rate is $154.99. If that's not bad enough, I am only a couple hundred dollars away from satisfying my deductible with 3 pending claims that will more than exceed the deductible and they still won't accept only the coinsurance as payment.
