I had a wonderful relaxing Ballancer Pro Experience. The staff made me feel comfortable and informed of the process. I could feel the reduction in my swelling areas. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
Amazing staff and overall a great experience from beginning to end. This has become my relaxation time with the venus treatment. Absolutely wonderful, highly recommend it
I’ve been very disappointed with the customer service I’ve received regarding my refund request. Over the past several months, I’ve spoken with multiple staff members both in person and over the phone to resolve this issue for a treatment I did not complete. When I finally reached the office manager, she confirmed via email that my refund had been approved and provided a timeline. However, that timeline has now passed, and despite two follow-up emails, I have not received any response or further updates.
I had a wonderful consultation! Everything was explained and discussed professionally and with care. It's a big decision and she made me feel safe and comfortable. I plan on scheduling for the procedure and have the utmost confidence in my decision. Very excited!
