I scheduled a 2:15pm appt for today. I arrived 15 min early to complete paperwork. After 15 minutes of filing out forms I was told the wait would be a minimum of 45 minutes. Not acceptable. If you had told me this when I walked in I would have not wasted all my time on forms. Not a good first impression and will never be back.
Great experience very professional personal.
Very friendly environment. I received a consultation regarding my concerns and the doctor was very kind and thorough. Didn’t feel pressured which was a plus. I definitely felt comfortable being in their office. I’m definitely feeling confident going through with it when I am ready.
