Everyone is friendly. If you have a question, their response time is very quick. Very happy with my experience.
Everyone was very nice, although the tablet they handed me to enter my personal information was having problems, Valon was very good in helping me. I was very impressed with Leslie who seems to know her business quite well. Also she helped ease my mind about the procedures I want. So far, at this point in time, I have only good things to say about my experience.
