The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable, Denise really made me feel comfortable during my pre op appointment and on the day of she was very encouraging and helped me feel at ease. De. Laun was amazing as well, they both make you feel like you’ve been friends forever.

My experience at Sono Bello was fantastic! The staff were always so kind and respectful. Staff remembered who I was upon checking in for visits and I was always taken back in a timely manner. I am so happy with the results and the confidence it has instilled back to me. The office staff always made themselves available via text and phone. Dr Lau called me himself two hours after I got home from my procedure to check in on me. Payments plans were affordable and easy. Had a great experience plus the balancer is amazing. Kim, Parnia, Lori, & Carrie are always so welcoming, super knowledgeable, friendly, and always make me feel comfortable. Impressive medical practice, very clean, the ambiance is pleasant and relaxing.
