I gave birth to my daughter by c-section 19 years ago. I am very active but have always struggled so hard to lose any of the fat in my tummy area. My Sonobello experience has been a 5 star experience from the start. The customer service I received from Josi, Dana and Alyssa in the front were so lovely and they stayed so patient with me. My consultation with Liliana was very comforting and knowledgeable. Liliana made me feel safe and confident about the the procedure. Like the girls in the front she was also patient with my very many questions Dr. Berman was very caring, understanding and made me feel at ease! He is a positive happy doctor. Really happy with my results.
I was nervous at first but Stephanie explained everything and made me feel extremely comfortable with my choice. She took time to answer all of my questions. I choose dr.lionelli for my surgeon who has a stellar background as well as education.I ended up getting my upper and lower abdomen done along with my waist. From the beginning consultation to my post-Op appointment my experience was nothing but a 5 plus. I was informed of everything that would take place and so far no surprises. I don't know about the other consultants or doctors, bit for Shaena Mansoori (my consultant) 2 thumbs up and Dr. Flagg 2 thumbs plus, I say THANK YOU. Also a BIG Thank You 2 the staff for this experience!!!!!!!! I'm looking forward to my end results.
My experience with Sonobello was very positive. The staff was very friendly and the nurse I had was really nice. The whole idea of being awake during the procedure was a bit weird, but after having done it I can totally see where it helps both the doctor & patient. The patient can let the doctor know if something doesn't feel right or hurts, and the doctor asks you to move around & sit up so that he can work on areas and get you the best results.
