I was very nervous, scared and terrified after reading a few other posts. I went in to see Dr. Shatz and he reassured me. The day I went in of course I was nervous. All the prep was done and went in for the procedure and was pleasantly surprised that I really didn't feel anything after the initial shots of deadening and that wasn't as bad as I thought. The first step to making yourself beautiful is to find the right team to accomplish your goal. The staff at Sono Bello was very knowledgeable, personable and caring. Dr. Lionelli was very thorough with the pre-procedure process as well as the day of the surgery. The nurses were wonderful and the follow up was meticulous! Staff is nice good doctor it has been a month since my procedure still some swelling looking forward to my results
The staff in the St. Louis office is really great at making you feel comfortable. You don't feel like just another patient. After your first visit they all know your name and greet you by name when you walk in the door. The patient care and follow up check up and phone calls are beyond what I expected and or have received from any other doctor's office. I truly felt like all the staff was and is there for me.
I had a great experience at SonoBello from start to finish. The office staff and medical staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. I went back to work 4 days after my procedure and am now almost 6 weeks post op. I'm really starting to see the results now! Thanks for helping me achieve my goals!
