I thank you If you follow the step by step instructions the procedure is a bit uncomfortable but in the end worth it. I am already at one month later felling the urge to move and bend in directions I was unable to before the procedure. I also don't seem to eat as much, it was if before like I was feeding all that fat around my belly and trying to get full, now my portions are smaller because I consume less each time I eat, it's crazy.
