We had the owner install a device on our 2021 volvo xc60. While the customer service was generally good, he entirely botched the install, forcing us to come back to the location five times before going with another group in Milford. Decent customer service. Terrible ability to navigate electrical wiring of newer vehicles.
Guys please don’t go to this place they are horrible!! They installed my machine wrong the guy Alex knew he did and I haven’t heard from him since! Save your money and go to king car audio instead! He will ruin your car if you come here.

I got a radio changed and the owner Alex was able to find and fix the problem that was leading to a loss of sound in my car. The price was very reasonable. I recommend Sono auto sound for any car audio needs.
