SONO 50 looks far better from the inside than the outside. The building’s exterior is plain, and the parking lot can feel sketchy at night with a noticeable homeless population in the area. Step through the doors, though, and it transforms. The lobby and interior are genuinely beautiful. I started out at Sono50 using the coworking space, which was a great way to get my business up and running. As things grew, I moved into a private office on the 9th floor — and it’s been an incredible experience ever since. The rooftop is perfect for a quick break or casual meetings, and having the gym right in the building makes it easy to stay active. I’ve also made some great friends here, like Ralph and the team at Plaza Deli — their spot is my go-to for lunch. The community and convenience at Sono50 are unmatched.

I'm currently leasing an office at SONO 50 and it's great to be back in an office environment coming from months working from home. It's a beautiful space with great amenities including a lounge and a gym. It's quiet, the other tenants are friendly and professional, and it's very safe. Jennifer Drolet is the point person for leasing and she is amazing!

We chose to locate APP Technologies here in the heart of SoNo almost 10 years ago. The owners of SONO 50 have done extensive renovations since then and the building is a beautiful and welcoming place to do business. There are many nice amenities but what really makes it great are all the good people we share the building with! The maintenance team is friendly and responsive and does a great job keeping things running smoothly here.
