Excellent chopped brisket sandwich and fried okra was the bomb! Great BBQ, and I'm from Texas, so that's a great endorsement.
My first time at Sonny's. Enjoyed the brisket plate with BBQ beans, slaw and garlic bread. Succulent, juicy meat and great tasting sauces. Wait staff was attentive and on point. Will be returning.
Great ribs and pulled pork. We had baked beans, cole slaw and potato salad all were good. Friendly, fast service. Great price.
went into the restaurant to sit down and have dinner, asked if I had a mask I said no, well you need a mask I was told to walk 10 feet to be seated then remove it to eat, hostess said I didn't need one if there was a medical reason, I said there was, she in turn asked what it was which is totally forbidden, I left and went somewhere that appreciated my money. your food isn't that good anyway.
Love the food here! The service has always been excellent as well! We joke that Sonny’s is half the reason we drive to this part of Kentucky from Indianapolis!
