We Love Sonny's. Congrats on winning Best of Bradenton for the Third year in a row. They are also catering a family wedding this Saturday. Thank you for providing quality food at a great price.

Girl took our order and then never brought our drinks. Finally another waitress brought our fried okra. Told her we needed our drinks said she would get them. Never did. Manager walked by tried to get his attention just kept walking. Finally he brought our food. Said we needed our drinks finally got them. Pulled pork was terrible. Husband got a sweet potato and never brought the butter. Worst sonnys around. They were not busy and waitresses just hanging around
We were here for over 1/2 hour before she came after our drinks . Then we ask for appetizer and still don't have them. Other people are getting there food. And we get appetizer the same time are food was here. CRAZY
Called ahead to let them know we were a large party coming in at 6:00. Arrived a 5:50 and waited 40 minutes watching them seat 25 other parties. Finally got seated. They tried to seat a party of 6 before us. They sat them behind us and served them first. We we got served they told us one order they were out of and substituted a meat on another. Some of the food was cold. Screaming children around us just made it worse. Not coming back.
Having severe management issues. Kitchen issues. Pretty much the worse trip so far. Our server tried her best. Direction and guidance starts at the top. Perhaps corporate should begin there. Will not be going back to this location for a while.
The worst Sonny's BBQ. Took 15 minutes to get drinks. No one knew who was supposed to wait on our table. The waitress kept handing us random plates of food because my mom's plate was burnt, we waited 20 minutes for my mom's new food, never showed up. So we got a manager and she just took our food off the table.
