Found my new automotive shop. Just moved to the area and it’s always nerve wracking finding a new auto place that won’t screw you. I spoke to Brad on the phone several times and he is so polite and courteous. He was upfront and didn’t sell me on things I didn’t need even though the Honda dealership tried too. I came in and dropped my car off and it was ready in the time frame he gave me. Very affordable too. Will definitely be back
I chose Sonny’s auto to have our breaks changed based on the reviews and it did not disappoint. Brad is an honest manager goes above and beyond for his customers. They didn’t hassle us at all and were extremely helpful. We will only be going to Sonny’s Auto in the future. Thank you for taking such great care of us!
My wife took her vehicle to Brad at Sonny’s. l picked her up after she dropped it off and was all smiles. She said “I have never felt more comfortable with an auto shop ever”. Upon pickup, Brad mentioned a couple of things but put absolutely zero pressure on her. That right there won him my wife’s business moving forward. Very professional, didn't beat around the bush. Went in for one issue and thanks to their willingness to go above and beyond, found other issues that could have caused other issues later down the road. Love supporting our local small business. THANK YOU BRAD AND TIMMY!!!!!!
Brad is very knowledgeable. I had an issue with my 2017 Toyota Camry. He was able to diagnose the issue and recommended me to see a Toyota specialist at the Toyota dealer. He was so nice that he did not charge me for a diagnostic charge. God bless you. He truly cares about the clients issue and explains things thoroughly. Will definitely be coming back to his shop for oil changes, tire alignment and all other mechanical issues. Being new to the area he really made me feel comfortable and he is trustworthy.
