I was just there yesterday, one of the staff members refused to let me in to goto the bathroom, i never had an issue grabbing water or going to the bathroom in the past. Told me to goto the portable bathrooms outside and when i checked there wasnt any. Told the person i had to go to the bathroom pretty bad. I wish i got the worker that refused me and hope to update this soon with the workers name.
I had a very disappointing experience. The establishment showed a lack of concern for its guests by making everyone wait in a long line outside in 90-degree heat. This was not only uncomfortable but felt unsafe. Furthermore, the security guard on duty was incredibly unprofessional and hostile, yelling at guests and creating a tense atmosphere. Due to the poor crowd management and the unacceptable behavior of the staff, I cannot recommend this place.
