Dr Nguyen has been my family doctor for 10 years. He is straight forward and knowledgeable. His assistance is always courteous and very efficient, and never disappoints me when I call.
I will tell you the doctor Sonny is a great guy and doctor. The person that answers the phone and books the appointments has to be the most miserable person that walks the face of this earth. You call their office and it goes to a cell phone.. NOBODY IS EVER available or return calls. I have never seen somebody that is so miserable in life as she is and then treats her customers the same exact way. Has been my physician for over 15 yrs. He has always been professional, personable, responsive, and best of all he keeps things very simple. I highly recommend him. He has a low key practice, as he supports a hospital, so do not expect any fancy operations.
I like his approach to patients ,very personable,compassionate and practical in his patient management skills.Will definitely stay with him.
