I had an extremely disappointing experience with this realtor. From the beginning, it was clear his priority was his commission rather than looking out for my best interests. He was overly salesy... and seemed more focused on closing deals than helping me find a home that truly suited my needs. One major issue was that he claimed there were multiple offers on a house I liked and pushed me to offer $30,000 over the asking price. Later, I found out that there was only one offer ...mine.
