This doctor's office has billing errors—they submitted an invoice to my insurance with a service date of January 2024, when the actual service date was in December 2023. This has created a significant problem for me, including the cancellation of my eye checkup appointment with my regular doctor at another office for the 2024 year. Despite paying hundreds for insurance, I am now unable to receive the eye care I’m entitled to for the 2024 calendar year.
I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Sonny Truong! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the office – it really set a calming and professional tone.
