Wish I could give zero stars…. Got charged $180 for two basic French tip sets. They charged us each $15 for a two minute cuticle clean and a one minute arm massage!? This has been included in every other salon I’ve gone to free of charge. Of course they failed to mention that was an extra $15 when they asked if we wanted our cuticles cut. SMH so disappointed in this place. And yes I voiced my concerns in the salon about the price gouge and nothing was done. Friendly staff for the most part unfortunately I could’ve done what they did at home and made it look better but for free. she was afraid to touch my skin with the nail polish maybe.. She missed a vast majority of my toenail with the polish after I had asked her to if we could get the whole toenail lol she had asked if I cut my toe nails myself.yes ma’am I like them short. Don’t get the basic pedicure, I guess🤷♀️
I got exactly what I asked for with amazing care! I will definitely be booking again!!
