The worst care I have ever received . Was laughed at by her nurse and hung up on, by her, when explaining my serious medical issues. Was prescribed a medication that I had told her caused a severe negative reaction in the past. Did not care at all about a serious medical crisis I was going through. Do not go to her. License should be revoked.
Dr. Sonny Lee is an excellent doctor. He has been our PCP for over 5 years, for both me and my kids. He knows what he is doing and I always feel that he cares about my perspective as a parent. He usually answers my questions through the app the same day. He is very prompt. My kids actually enjoy going to the doctors because he talks to them like the human beings they are and not down to them (the lollipops may have something to do with it as well, lol). if i could give this Dr no stars i would. She is not what your primary doctor should be, she is not caring at all or understanding. will never schedule with her again.
