Not only did they not provide me with pain relief, but I was actually in even more pain when I left than when I went in. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I was in an automobile accident and was referred to Dr.okada by a friend, and had great results!!! their office was very professional, and had explained every procedure and made me very comfortable. Dr. Okada was very gentle and had massaged and stretched my injured areas on my body, making me feel alot better after each treatment. Also their staff was great!!! very personable ,caring and compassionate.
