My son was recently hospitalized with Covid for 2 wk at Lakeland regional and the doctor called us every day for that whole time to check on him and make sure we were being taken care of !!! I never post reviews but this just blew me away. I had a couple times when I had a longer wait due to my child not being assigned here by staywell but the receptionist are always helpful to walk you through how to get it fixed. Had the worst experience today with this pediatric office. My children have gone here for 8 years. Today I will be discharging them! My daughter's appointment was changed last minute. They have failed to update my contact card to get a new number. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was spoke to like I was a dog. She hung up on me. I called 35 times with no answer or even the decency to reschedule or allow me to discharge them. I was hung up on 3 times. All because you have failed to keep up with your contact info. Front Staff is completely HORRIBLE; however, the doctors are great. Went to schedule an appointment, scheduled it, then went in and they tell me I never had one. Makes no sense… please do better.
