Not at all impressed. Slow and poor customer service; No chat option or anyone on-site with technical know-how. Asked the same question repeatedly, and they still hadn't answered in five responses. My eGFX puck failed just outside of warranty, was discontinued & their own folks were unaware that they had no replacements for it available. Get with it, folks! You cost me untold hours and major headaches...
