Prepare yourself for a 30+ year old apartment building which comes with bug infestations, constantly breaking AC/heater, leaks in faucets and pipes, sump pump failing which causes flooding in the basement and units next to you. We have been trying to reach out to Oakwood Management Company in regards to the HELL we have been through for the last 2 months at Sonnenblick Apartments in Harrison West/Victorian Village area. They are unresponsive to our calls and emails. The management here at the apartment is careless, only cares about profiting and does not find value in being there for their residents.
