Made an purchase of a 2013 CC from sonnen VW on the 31 of december. I spoke with the salesman Julio and made a 5000 dolar payment since I would only be able to get the car on the 11th when I would pay the balance and made it clear if it was ok to do that way. It was a blow to me as I went there on the 10th to pay the balance and they have sold the car. He could have put the car on hold for the 5000 payment done on my credit car.
