I also have to say as the mother of an autistic boy they have been so patient and kind to my son, I appreciate there attention to making him comfortable ❤️
The actual service isn't terrible, but their scheduling is atrocious. On my 2nd kid coming here, and everytime you will wait MINIMUM of 30 min past your scheduled appointment. Today we're upto 45 minutes and im still waiting with 3-4 people ahead of me. Do better. **update next appointment, got here 15 minutes prior, and 30 minutes past scheduled appointment still sitting here. They did not do better.

DANGEROUS! DANGEROUS! Be careful! I want to warn everyone who wants to start treatment with this company. After wearing braces, which were installed by Dr. Sonneborn and treatment that lasted about 1.5 years, I was forced to start treatment from scratch, again with another orthodontist. I wore braces for about 1.5 years and when they were removed it was terrible. Both, aesthetically and professionally. Sorry this review is under my business but I wanted to give a shoutout as we finish my son’s treatment. We had an amazing experience with Dr Sonneborn and his entire staff. We always felt both the professional atmosphere as well as the at home feel. Congrats to my son Donovan for finishing his braces on time and thank you for your guidance team! We will miss you!
