Went in yesterday with my husband and the store was basically empty besides the employees and a guest making a return. It was almost as if speaking to us was beneath them or that we were invisible. We stood by the knives display waiting for someone to notice us, dsspite the store staff being right behind us, debating the type of knives and handles I would prefer- we had to go find someone to help us get the knives. When we did the man didnt offer to let us hold the display ones, or even really make an effort into making a sa... read more
