I've used David and sonlife for years and they always gave excellent service and have made me several legs which have fit better than years of bad fits. Sonlife works with the VA to help out veterans in the area. I'm sure the VA is hard to collect from but that didn't stop David from providing great service. Thanks David. Most complaints here are with YOUR ins co and your lack of planning. Maybe if you served your country for a few years you'd have coverage to. Can't live life taking without giving something back!!!

I am a very educated school principal with a doctor's degree, and I can tell you that these negative ratings in the past are simply people who were frustrated at the system. The insurance field controls healthcare. Sonlife only can do what they are authorized to do, and I have been fitted with three different devices through them now, and they are so kind and helpful. If I could give this company a 0-, I would. First off I have a broken ankle and when I called with my script the lady told me she does everything on the web and that to her experience it will take two days for authorization. When I questioned this time frame she says the website actually states 5-10 days. Are you kidding me? MY DOCTORS OFFICE GETS AUTHORIZATION AND CO-PAY INFORMATION WITHIN MINUTES. During phone call for appointment inquired of the price for the knee brace I needed, I was told "we cannot quote a price, we don't know what you will need until after we fit you with one and the fitting will take about an hour". So, I took time off from work, get there, brought me into a room and was told all the benefits of using them and their braces which I thought was odd. Great place, great service and above all great people as a new amputee I was looking for a place that was willing to go the extra mile, especially when it comes to dealing with insurance companies, they have been aces from the start, I had my afo's originally done by them after another company that starts with H screwed me up and ripped me off, Dave and Bill were great in taking care of that getting me new braces that didn't resemble something from Forrest Gump, when the time came for my amputation Dave even came to see me a... read more
