Patients deserve better care and honesty. My son had gum grafting surgery and was scheduled for a one-month follow-up. The day before his scheduled appointment, I was told the doctor wouldn’t be in and was leaving for a month-long vacation—pushing his follow-up to two months. For such a serious procedure, this is unacceptable. They could have rescheduled earlier or had us seen at another facility.
