We used this company twice & was successful, called a 3rd time for a larger job; David made 2 appointments & no call no showed on both of them, the first I can understand since things happen but the second time is a bit much. They are skilled but may or may not show up & if they don’t show up for the diagnosis & inspection, I can’t imagine they can be trusted to show up for the job. Disappointing because the lack of communication really kills any desire to recommend or call them again.

Do not recommend this company to anyone. They didn’t follow up and showed up to the appointment but no response at all. I took a leave from work for that appointment. Disrespectful and very unprofessional.
Terrible customer service. No update on the appointment. Not because of a technical issue as they replied because we communicated with them via phone and text.
