My main line was backed up and I could not use the toilets. I called on Independence Day 2025 and they were able to promptly respond. They arrived, gave me a reasonable estimate and completed the work same day. Would recommend and will use their services again!
Never showed up.
Absolutely the worst! This guy appears to be a fraud. He certainly defrauded me and was completely unprofessional. He put me off for weeks at a time which cost me money and headache. He showed up without permission on my occupied residence after 10 PM to commence jackhammering and after being told that was not acceptable, still showed up again and cut the water off to my home without any permission or notice, then left to go to the store leaving me without water for over an hour. We used this company twice & was successful, called a 3rd time for a larger job; David made 2 appointments & no call no showed on both of them, the first I can understand since things happen but the second time is a bit much. They are skilled but may or may not show up & if they don’t show up for the diagnosis & inspection, I can’t imagine they can be trusted to show up for the job. Disappointing because the lack of communication really kills any desire to recommend or call them again.
