He’s a great guy and exceptional dentist.
I've met Dr. Sonier only once for an inital eval. He seemed nice. The problem with this office is his front desk staff. Jessica, I believe her name is. The most passive aggressive person I think I've ever met. On my first visit she did not greet me, but, rather starred off into space. Since I didn't have my insurance card yet, I emailed a copy to her. She ignored my emails, does not answer the phone, ever, does not return phone calls, and continued to bill me for for full payment. Dentist went the extra mile. Daughter away at college, solved immediate issue and saw a rare and significant issue that needed attention. Called the parent late Friday evening, coordinated with my daughters dentist and today the tooth was extracted by her oral surgeon. Thank you Dr. Sonier- I would highly recommend patients for dental services.

I've been going to Dr. Sonier for over ten years. I live in Ware and am more than happy to make the drive to Amherst for my appointments. I highly recommend him and his staff.
My spouse and I are very happy to have found Dr. Sonier. We feel that he is honest and trustworthy about treatment options, unlike other dentists who may opt for aggressive (expensive) procedures when watchful waiting is really only what you need. His hygienists are also top notch - thorough, careful cleaning. I highly recommend Dr. Sonier and his staff.
Best office I've ever been to! It's like home when I was in to Dr.Sonier's office. Everyone is warm and welcoming, very knowledgable and honest. They have two wonderful hygeinests who are gentle and know their stuff. Dr.Sonier is very easy to get along with and honest. He won't do any work that doesn't absolutely need to be done and his work is top notch. His assistant is always smiling, personable and very gentle as well. 10 out of 10
Very satisfied with Dr. Sonier, who offered to improve some work done by my previous dentist...free of charge!
