I have been dealing with these guys for years, out of the box the dampening control on my front strut didn't work, took over 6 months to get a new control knob that didn't fix the problem. Not to mention the atrociously squeaky front coilovers. And to top it all off the rear shocks blew out in a year and a half. It's been a battle trying to get a reply or any warranty out of these guys. They offer a 3yr warranty, but it'll take longer than that to actually do something for you. I just got my 2012 Ram 1500 came to Sonic Tuning and got LED low beams H11 bulbs. They are the best been going here for 15 years or so always helpful are frendly Cindy is always nice and knows her stuff. Got HID kits on all my cars from my 96 Accord to my 09 E90 and more like rims body kit and lowering spring for my BMW. Go see them they will get you right
