My entire experience with this company has been simply amazing. After my technician training, i had tons of classmates who went straight to a tool truck to finance $25k of tools at 7-15% interest... I assume the company makes great tools as I have seen many reviews but they have aweful communication and customer service. I ordered tools in April of 2022 they were not listed as out of stock on the website unfortunately they were and that is where the nightmare begins. I was given an in stock date which has come and gone. I have seen sales come and go, asked to have sales applied to my purchase and told that would only delay my order further and now have continued to have to remind the company that I again have seen my in... read more
