I went to a recent cacao ceremony and soundbath with the sound healer Renee Lynn. I was curious about plant medicine and she made me feel at ease. There was a gong bath and crystal singing bowls. I stayed after and she gave me intuitive guidance with an oracle card deck and it really resonated with me.
I have been attending Sonic Sound Yoga Soundbaths for a coupla years now. The sound healer Renee Lynn is very approachable and the events take at different venues, and I like the environment she sets up at different ones. I’ve done public group experiences and a few private sessions. I also have had two reiki appointments and she did some tuning fork therapy on me and it was incredible. Also, it recuses my anxiety and I sleep so well after a Soundbath- Thanks Renee!!!
