I went to this car wash on February 3, 2011. I have been to this car wash many times in the past 7-8 years. THIS time once I left, my XM radio didn't work. I returned to ask about it but no one seemed to be able to speak English then. I called XM radio and every single day since then they have been sending my radio signals and I have been emailing and calling trying to get help from XM radio. CHUCK SOLD OUT 2009. New owner Louis Kims directed his Manager not to repair Damage on my denalii SUV. There system tore off part of me luggage rack. Initially the Manager directed me to have my Body shop attempt to glue it in place, rather than pay hundreds for proper replacement. It went throught their wash on August 12, 2010 the second time and it was torn off. The Manager gave me a Insurance Claim form since now it was over the $150.00.
