Pulled into a stall to order and after waiting 10-15 minutes and hitting the button twice I went to the door, gave someone my order and went back to my car. 5 minutes later she comes back asking what my order was again. another 10-12 minutes later I finally get my food. I leave and go to eat a tater tot only to find the WHOLE order of them are burnt and disgusting, and they forgot my onions on my hot dog. I also didn’t get the receipt to do my survey
Sonic on Ogeechee Road: Home of the least number of functioning drive in stalls in America! Seriously, a non-trivial number of spots either have broken card readers, broken intercoms, or both. Good luck playing musical chairs with your car until finding one that works!
better Customer service .
Never have anything. Lazy workers tell you machines are broken just to avoid making your food/drink. Rude employees. Can’t do math. Get mad because you call them out on charging full price during 1/2 off after 8:00 PM. Never empty trash cans. Drop things and still serve to customers. Serves uncooked chicken. Never gets an order correct. Females hit one in front of wives. Just a horrible place. This is the sonic on king George
Seriously the worst. The car slots don’t work. They say go thru drive thru. Then go to order ice cream. Sorry No ice cream it don’t work, oh and the other excuse is I don’t know how to work it. Exact words. This sonic NEVER has anyone there. I live literally a min away so pass it all the time I don’t know how they are even in business.
So I get it I get there 35-40 before close. I get it you wanna go home. First I go to one of the stalls cuz I have 4 orders for my work, get told drive thru only I ask well I have 4 orders and get ignored, so I go to drive thru some dead voiced rude girl says no only 2 I said well I have 4 and you told me I couldn’t be in a stall. She then says nothing. So fine i can make do, so I ask for ice cream she again dead voice we aren’t serving ice cream....now I’m upset I mean 35-40 minutes before close May I ask why you can’t serv... read more
I want to drive-through and ordered my food. When I got to work and open up my chili cheese Coney it was a mess! It didn’t even look like they tried to make it presentable. Look like it was missing almost a quarter of the bun.
Went here on my lunch break. The convenience of sitting in the A/c in your car and ordering is great. The food was good and the service was excellent. The server, Rebecca was very friendly and enthusiastic. "I'll be back"
