Ridiculous wait times, 2h+. Staff are nice (hence 2 stars) but scheduling is a joke.
The two girls at the front desk went above and beyond to help me and then the doctor was very happy and friendly. A very positive visit
A doctor here missed several red flags regarding my health which resulted in me being rushed to Perth in a life threatening situation. The doctor ignored my concerns telling me she can’t fast track my referral and explained to me that my symptoms were likely due to anxiety and referred me to a psychologist and trialled me on several different medications regardless of specialists other specialists outlining the concern and supplying the imaging showing the reason for the symptoms.
