Had a app ordered meal. Tatchos had hardly any cheese, burger very cold, cheese not even slightly melted, none of the condiments were in bag when. All of this realized after I got back to work and no time to go all the way back to get corrected. Very disappointing
If you go to a stall good luck getting them to answer when you push the red button. More than once we have set a long time with no response so we left. Definitely prefer the Kemah Sonic.
Really Sonic ... I have been gluten free for a number of years and was disappointed when Sonic stopped selling Frito Chili Pie. So recently I saw they put a wrap on their menu. So tonight driving home and very hungry got a craving for Frito Chili Pie. Stopped at Sonic and asked if they could make one. The answer that came back was a very nice sure. Ordered from Uber Eats and food was burnt and gross
by giving me my final pay check
Not sure how this location is still even open. Went there last night for a drink, never got an answer at the stall after pushing the button. Noticed there were a couple of their employees outside hanging out with their friends. One was even two stalls away from us. Needless to say we left without a drink and will not be back. We have given that location enough chances. Sadly we like Sonic and this is the location closest to us. This location is on my way home from work but I will never be stopping there again. Last week I stopped and went through the drive thru. Took over 5 minutes for someone to even greet me and then it took them forever to get my order to me. I go there again tonight thinking I'd give them another chance. Never again. Sat at the drive thru speaker for well over 10 minutes with no communication whatsoever. At least 3 or 4 cars left while I was waiting.
