Kids were playing around and spilled our coke float, just added some more coke and brought it out all messy. Couldn’t tell us which one was coke float and which one was Dr Pepper float. Paid extra to have whipped cream added to blasts and didn’t receive any.
A carhop name Heather cursed out a customer because the customer asked for another drink because there was a fly in the cup.

Pulled up to the drive through and all I hear coming from the kitchen is “I make it rain on these hoes” followed by more vulgarity from the kitchen staff. -5/10
I’ve live here now going on two years and this is by far the worst Sonic I’ve ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Today I went after having not used this business for 8 months. I went to get my son some chicken strips, pretty straight forward order shouldn’t be a challenge. What I got was a box that looked as if they pulled it out of the trash. One thing they need a dress code We saw a young man with his whole butt showing had his belt strapped around the top of thighs..i understand we have to see that on the street but not Working for a company...come on people
