Sonic in Jonesboro is TERRIBLE!!! I don't believe literacy is a requirement to work there, the order is ALWAYS wrong, and is it really necessary to have to ASK for a straw with your drink???!!! Such a shame there aren't more options in Jonesboro- I guarantee this place would be out of business!!!
I just went to sonic and asked for just a second and the lady on the speaker said well I needed to pull over and come back when I knew what I wanted because she had other people to get. I was the only one in the line. This was 11/27/16 at 5:50pm. Something needs to be done! So rude.
I knew I shouldn't have tried this place again... spent 20 mins and 4 stall that apperantly do not work. Watched 3 other vehicles do the same thing. After honking horn for assistance and ur staff just staring at me I went to the packed drive thru. The attendant was rude, over charged me and then got the order wrong
I've driven away 3 times in the last 2 weeks without ordering because they take so long to answer the call button. Worse than Burger King lately
Orders are never correct. I shouldn't have to check my order every time I order something there.
I ordered 2 drinks and had to wait over 20 minutes for them. I had to remind the workers that I didn't receive my drinks and then waited an additional 10 minutes before I left without my drinks.
