I always have my order right and they come outside at a decent amount of time. I've never had an issue with this sonic! Keep up the good work you guys!
Service was terrible. I ordered an oreo shake (plus two other shakes), cheese bites and a corn dog. Didn't bring any straws, spoons or ranch. Asked for straws and spoons and they finally brought straws. Asked again for spoons and they brought one plus three ranch dressings. Employees too busy talking to friends or other employees.
Usually awesome prompt service, not tonight. Maybe 6 cars on the lot. Most got drinks from what was coming out... easy order, cheese coney, tots, rings, crispy chicken wrap, hot dog wp, corn dog wp........20+ mins....and when it came out not hot....warm.....not hot....load of crap
Oh just got a chicken strip dinner one whole strip 3 partial pieces.....rip off!!!!
Most if the time I don't have any problems with this Sonic. For awhile the fryer oil was old, and would leave a horrible taste in your mouth. As of 5/2014, it's better. That would be my biggest suggestion to them...change fryer oil often. Update: As of 09/2016 they have really been good about keeping the fryer oil changed. Haven't noticed that horrible after taste for a long time!
