Hey Sonic! Explain to me how is this a milkshake? We stoped by to get a treat for our son, and were given this. When we asked to have it blended better so it was at least drinkable we were told that was not possible. Satisfaction guaranteed?... it says that right on your menus... this thing is a full on concrete. To make a milkshake you add milk... and blend. How is that something that could not be done!? My husband and I told our kids we’d treat them slushees this afternoon, and they were pumped! After the slushee machine at the Crossraods Sonic location was not working, we headed to the location at 26741 E University. We pulled into an open stall, pushed the red button, were greeted by a staff person, and we placed our order. Then we waited for our order confirmation, total, any response at all, and...nothing. Service and food are always terrible. Not sure why I continue to expect better, but I can always hope. And continue to be disappointed.
They were very nice and quick. They took our Order and came out with a friendly smile.
Moldy buns and a cranky, less than helpful manager. Lots of places nearby that actually want my business.

We came to your location this evening a little after 9 pm. We wanted to order the Ultimate Chicken Sandwich that was listed on the menu for $5.99. When we spoke to your employee over the intercom, he indicated they had a Ultimate Chicken Club Sandwich for $6.99. We pointed out that wasn't what we wanted; we wanted the sandwich listed as number 10 on the menu. He said his register didn't show any sandwich by that name or price.
