This is one of the worst sonics I've ever been to. Just waited 45 mins for my order to be wrong and my blast to be soup. Don't think I'll be going back
Went to this sonic location 2 separate times today. First time was my husband and I. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and I received "fried flour" instead of chicken. There was virtually no chicken on my sandwich. The 2nd trip was my mother in law and I. Ordered 2 hamburgers. One of them was to be tomato and lettuce only. Got asked and we told them both times NO MAYO, KETCHUP, OR MUSTARD. TOMATO AND LETTUCE ONly. And if you guessed that we got home to find mayo on that burger then you would be correct!
If I could give a negative number I would! They are either out of ice cream or the machine is broke! How can they consistently run out of product or not maintain the tools they need. Sonic corporate needs to pull the franchise right from this owner.
EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME TO THIS RESTAURANT YOU GET MY ORDER WRONG. No fail. It's pretty ridiculous.
This place is horrible. And consistent at being horrible. I've ate twice from this location and wow......Food is horrible. Customer service was nice but food department......wow. Needs to be closed and something new built there. I would sign a petition if started to have it replaced with another fast food business.
Onion rings BURNT to a crisp
Slow is faster than this... And when they brought my drink, it was wrong! Then the girl told me what i owed, i had to tell her i had already paid. I will not say I will not be back, but it will be a very long time!!!! The good news is it only took two minutes to bring the correct drink back.
