This absolutely sucks the worst for service don't go here go to another Sonic
I have a strange addiction to sonic. I'm almost here everyday for a shake. The food is great and always hot, but they almost always forget the Cherry on the shake and they are on most occasions too thick to drink. Also, there hasn't been one occasion where I ask for sauce and get it. Even on the things that automatically come with sauce. Overall food is great it's just the service is slow and like their minds are on something else other than work.
I have never experienced service so terrible in my life. The lady that sounds on the verge of slitting her wrists literally screamed @ me through the speaker box after waiting 15 min to place my order
Whenever I order shakes the order gets messed up. Literally every time.
Staffed by rude teenagers who have no concept of customer service – do not come here!
Best chocolate shakes around and 1/2 price after 8pm!
How can you mess up an order of chicken strips, one corn dog, an apple slush, and a limeade? Idk either, but they can... This is after sitting there for 20 minutes, with no one else there.
