Often times during normal business working hours you go through the drive-through or hit the buttons and employees don’t even answer. I’ve waited for 20 minutes or longer…. Who knows what they’re doing inside
Asked to use their bathroom, they said it was for employees only. I told them that the law says, otherwise it was locked because they don't want to clean it and it smells awful. It wasn't staying.
A little slow but, we didn’t mind the wait
Came 5 Minutes before close and they sent us away just poor customer service all the way around
Sitting in line for almost 15 minutes at this point, finally asked the car ahead of me and they said that the people working told them that the system was down. You would think that if their system was down, they would walk out and let the cars know so that we're not sitting out there for almost 20 minutes. I don't know who is running this place but they need to figure out their customer service. I literally will never go back to this sonic
